7 Ways To Increase Your Chance of Making The Sale
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
We all want more, don’t we? We want to get more traffic, more leads, more sales, more MONEY. Right? Sorry to hurt your feelings, but it’s not going to happen just by WANTING. It really doesn’t even take skills out of this world to increase your chances of making more sales by increasing your chances of closing the deal every time you get a shot to sell your product or service.
In these 7 simple tips you won’t find anything different from what you probably have heard before. These are the basics and they are older than my grandma.
- Are you indispensable?- This one tops all of the tips out of all seven, as pointed out in Seth Godin’s book that I have been reading Linchpin “Are you Indispensable?”. If you truly think that what you have to offer will indeed benefits them. Be remarkable.
- Find something that you like and they do too- Be honest, I used to make this mistake back when I was selling vacuums door to door; I used to find a common ground that I didn’t even care for just to make the sale. DON”T do it.
- How can you help them with their issues- If you can find out what it is that challenges them, you can show them a solution. It can be the deal maker.
- Know big things they’ve done, what are they known for?- I don’t know about you but I love getting compliments and praises just like anybody does. Don’t get me wrong I am humble, but I feel appreciated when someone is noticing what I am doing.
- Who do you know, that they know?- I really like this one more than anything. It just builds more trust.
- What have you gotten in return- When you make any transaction two people benefit from it. If you can express what you can gain from a transaction, the buyer feels more obligated.
- Give them their motivation- Trigger the emotion that helps them take action. Whatever it is you sell there has to be emotion to make a decision to buy.
